1. Nature of service

VersaTrader is a technology and software platform. We provide tools for interacting with cryptocurrency exchanges. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment service.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or investment advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you, the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. By using VersaTrader, you confirm this.

3. API keys and exchange accounts

VersaTrader connects to exchanges via API keys you provide. You are responsible for:

• Creating API keys with appropriate permissions (no withdrawal access)
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All trading activity on your connected exchange accounts

4. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. Smart orders (stop-loss, take-profit, trailing stop) are executed on a best-effort basis — network delays, exchange downtime, or extreme market conditions may prevent orders from executing at the expected price.

5. Service availability

VersaTrader is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for illegal activity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersaTrader and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed orders, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
